HHII PARTICIPATION
I am hoping that a small group of us can go to Florida when they hear two presentations of Cat models June 2. In order to follow the discussion
you will need to read the Report of Activities paper from 2009
and be at least familiar with the submittals The
report is very long but not hard to understand. Most of the
submittal material is in delimited data file format and not
readily understandable without careful analysis. It is
included for the sake of completeness - and to give a sense of
how complex these models are.
Their process is very different than any other state - much more transparency. They legislated that the cat model has to be specific to Florida.
You can download
documents from the links in the column at right. Some
of these files are large and take several seconds to download.
